NYC Day one

I spent last week in NYC, no, really in Connecticut. ButI did fly to JFK and then take the train in to Connecticut. It was a solitary trip, a chance for me to get away for a bit, and also to get to see my brother and his family one more time before they move away from there next year.

Day one NYC was really Day one Connecticut.
I was too tired to spend the day in NYC after a shuteye flight into JFK, so I surprised Marie a day early with my presence. Thanks to Marie for coming and picking me up, had I known it was only a few blocks away I could have walked…lol.

I think this was my favorite day because I got to spend time alone at the beach. I loved the rock art that people have been making, and just spent my time capturing the beauty of it all on camera to remember forever. I don’t have a lot of words to describe this day, since I really feel a picture is worth a thousand words. So here goes:
