So, I think I suffer from a different form of SAD. (that is Seasonal Affective Disorder) I don't necessarily get depressed, I just get NOTHING done. Just ask my Book Group, I think we met ONCE this winter all because I sort of just fell off the face of the earth a little bit in communication. I ignore my blog posts, I become incapable of figuring out what's for dinner, and basically my brain runs on 50% capacity. So, since I am in school, that just sucked all of my brain power to get anything else accomplished.
Just in the last week, I've pulled out my recipe books, I'm cooking again, I cleaned my bedroom yesterday and am EXCITED (yes, you heard the word, EXCITED) to clean my office tomorrow and garage next week. Just the thought of having to pick up anything in my office the last 5 months would have had me shaking in my pants (or dress). And it shows... I should take a picture for posterity's sake. "See, this is what happens when you don't clean your office in months."
So, BACK TO NOVEMBER!
Kalel turned 6! We went to Pirate's Island Pizza for his birthday, ordered those GIANT pizzas they have, and had family and friends over, it was fun!
Brought our own cake, you can do that!
I got him a BUNCH of videos from the library sale, see, we have this little tv/vcr combo in their room that ONLY plays movies, no tv, so they love to hang out there and watch Disney movies and such.
Kalel got $16.00 total, he wanted to buy a remote control airplane with that money, and guess what? It was either stolen or LOST. So, I'm on the look out for a cheap remote control airplane, lol. Most go from $40 on up...sigh
Star Wars light sabres fron the Montero's....
And church clothes from Grandma and Grandpa!
Oh, we also got the book Call it Courage from my brother, which was nice, took about a month to read it to the boys as a bedtime story book. Kalel loved it! Belated Happy Birthday Kalel (now that it's been almost 5 months, lol)

Glad to have you back! Lots of fun stuff going on.
Don't be too hard on yourself. Going to school on top of being a mom....I'd get absolutely nothing done.
