Great Escape Meme
1. If you could escape to anywhere in the world where would it be?
Tahiti, just Ken and I, on a hut on the beach....yeah...BUT, I'd still want internet access, lol!
2. What song do you play when you are by yourself in the car?
ah, any Bob Marley or UB40...
3. If you had a night to yourself, and money was no object, what would you do?
SHOP!!! I'd find an interior designer, and order an entire house worth of furniture. While I'm at it, let's hit up a dealership and order a few cars, and then a travel agent and buy a few vacation packages. I think I'm set....the rest of the night I'd stay at some fancy hotel, order room service, relax and enjoy the night. (Hey, money was no object for one night, I'm going to take advantage of that!)
4. What is your guilty pleasure?
Do you even have to ask? Of course dark chocolate and peanut butter, there are several others...but this is the one that will NEVER go away!
5. What is the farthest place you have traveled away from your home?
With my family growing up, the Philippines and Tahiti, but if it's just me, than that would be Connecticut....where's my passport photos? That reminds me I need to send them in, lol!
6. Last book that you couldn't put down?
Almost French by Sarah Turnbull, loved it!
7. When you want to escape into another time, what movie do you watch?
I Dreamed of Africa
8. What is your favorite local escape?
Tucano's....all you can eat, good food, what else could you ask for?
9. How do you escape on a budget?
Drive up to the mountains, go on a hike, take in the scenery....
10. Best food you've ever had while on vacation?
hmmmm, I REALLY don't know...We always love the ice cream at Ghirardelli square in San Francisco, and I guess that clam chowder on the docks....yeah, that'd have to be it!
